Patrick Henry

CEO/CHAIRMAN
Patrick Henry Creative Promotions

For more than 39 years, Patrick Henry has made a lasting name and impression in the hospitality industry. He founded Patrick Henry Creative Promotions (PHCP) in 1987 as a one-man beverage promotions and marketing company, driven by a belief that creativity, energy, and bold thinking could be transformed into measurable profit. This philosophy is rooted in his mantra inspired by Ralph Waldo Emerson’s quote, “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.” Patrick’s vision quickly gained traction, and PHCP was named one of Houston’s Fast Track 100 Companies by the Houston Business Journal.

Today, what began as a one-person operation has grown into a team of more than 45 employees, serving an impressive roster of hospitality brands including Applebee’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Landry’s Restaurants, The Cheesecake Factory, Del Frisco’s, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Dave & Busters, AMC Movie Theatres, and many others. Under Patrick’s leadership, PHCP has been recognized multiple times as one of the Best Companies to Work For in Texas by Texas Monthly magazine and the Houston Chronicle

The success of PHCP is rooted in Patrick’s leadership philosophy and the empowerment he extends to his team. His guiding principle is simple: treat everyone with kindness and always go beyond what is expected. This mindset is reflected in the company’s culture and community-focused initiatives, including a children’s birthday program (complete with a card and two dollar bills), new-client welcome boxes, disaster relief donations, and the “Let Us Pay the Tab” program, which empowers PHCP team members to purchase meals for individuals serving in the military, police, and fire departments.

In addition to serving as Chairman and CEO of PHCP, Patrick is an active member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the University of Houston’s Hilton College and serves as CMO on the board of the Galveston Railroad Museum. He also owns and operates a private train charter business featuring three meticulously renovated luxury railcars—an extension of his passion for hospitality, creativity, and creating memorable experiences. In recognition of his dedication to serving others, Patrick was honored with the “Everyday Hero” Award by the Houston Chapter of the American Red Cross.

At the core of Patrick Henry’s work is a commitment to creativity, hospitality, and meaningful human connection— principles that continue to guide both his business ventures and his approach to leadership.
