Year after year, the VIBE Conference hosts the Vista Award ceremony that honors companies who’ve made a huge impact in the industry. Below is a quick snapshot of PHCP clients who won awards this year!


Best Adult Alcohol-Free Program went to The Melting Pot

The program offered three specialty, alcohol-free beverages to supplement The Melting Pot’s alcohol and other beverage offerings. These sophisticated and on-trend beverages were created and served with the same care, skill and innovation as the higher priced alcohol offerings.

Best Beverage Menu Revamp went to Fridays

Fridays’ prior beverage menu was one double-sided page broken into four panels that featured:

  • Beer and wine shared panel with no photography.
  • Cocktail panel with no photography and a list of 16 cocktails.
  • ‘Local Happenings’ with daily features/specials and no photography.
  • ‘Endless Happy Hour’ with cocktail, beer and wine offerings priced from $3 to $6 with photos of select features.

The new drink menu format debuted in June 2018 and features an increased amount of beautiful drink photography and a diverse selection of cocktail offerings which include: Favorites, Margaritas & Sangrias, Tropical & Tikis, Classics and Celebrations. The four main cocktail sections each feature up to 12 cocktails alongside beautiful stylized photography.

From November 17 through December 31, 2017, Omni Hotels & Resorts offered guests the chance to indulge in the holiday season with ‘12 Drinks of Christmas’ featuring festive beverages that payed homage to the classic Christmas carol.

What started out as an LTO, ‘Best in Glass’, at the beginning of 2018 has now become The Melting Pot’s entire beverage program, which was founded upon the four pillars of:

  • Enhanced
  • Fresh
  • Clean
  • Simple

The Melting Pot took everything into consideration including spirit brands with an authentic story, high-quality juices and mixers, ice formats, elevated garnishes, and even more suitable glassware to meet the criteria of our four pillars.

Best Responsible Alcohol Service sponsored by the Vibe Advisory Council went to Hooters of America

Best Overall: Multi-Unit Chain Restaurants went to Taco Mac

And a special shout to 2019 Industry Legend: Ken Ruff from Beam Suntory
