Each year, PHCP hosts two events in Chicago during the National Restaurant Association Show weekend! Our goal each year is to create fun and unique networking events between our beverage partners and clients. When we come up with these events, we think outside the box to ensure we create memorable experiences for all our guests!

WHEN & WHERE: May 19, 2019 @ The Hampton Social

WHAT: A Hangover Brunch in a beautiful, light airy space filled with mouth-watering brunch food, delicious libations, a live acoustic guitarist, and an oxygen bar.

CRAVEABLE BRUNCH FOODS: Some of the finger foods that made their way around the floor were French toast on a stick, mini lobster rolls, and tomato arugula bruschetta. Alongside the finger foods was a create-your-own omelet station and a carving station.

LIBATIONS ALL DAY: In addition to a traditional mimosa station, we served a lineup of delicious brunch cocktails concocted by our Director of Mixology, Rebecca Dowda! Amongst those cocktails were Sandia Southside (made with Mural Agua Fresca Cerveza, Martin Miller’s Gin, Finest Call Watermelon Puree, fresh lemon juice, Peychaud’s bitters, garnished with a mint sprig and watermelon wedge) and the crowd favorite, Parfait All Day (made with granola-infused RumChata, Coco Reàl, and ZICO Coconut Water, topped with mixed berries and a mint sprig).

BLOODY MARY GARDEN: Our over-the-top Bloody Mary Garden allowed guests to choose between a base of vodka, tequila, or whiskey, a variety of Finest Call Bloody Mary mixes, and a multitude of different garnish options such as celery, pickles, cucumbers, tomato and mozzarella skewers, shrimp kabob, four different types of Filthy Food’s olives, beef jerky, and last but not least, thick-cut bacon!

WHO: Joining our beloved sponsors included clients such as Jennifer Layman from Red Lobster, Mike Digy from Pei Wei, Steven Purvis from Red Robin USA, and Paul Brown from The Melting Pot.

A SPECIAL THANKS TO OUR SPONSORS: Campari Group, Trinchero Family Estates, Blue Chair Bay Rum, Edrington, Heineken, Rumccata, Zamora Company, New Belgium Brewing, Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, Zonin USA, American Beverage Marketers, Q Mixers, The Patron Spirits Company, Bacardí, Filthy Food, Fiji Water, DAOU Vineyards, J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines

WHEN & WHERE: May 20, 2020 at The Fannie May Bleacher “Sweet”, Wrigley Field

WHAT: A night with the Cubbies in the famous Wrigley Field’s largest luxury suite during The Chicago Cubs versus Philadelphia Phillies series.

The night was filled with all-american bites such as Chicago-style hot dogs, chicken fingers, and steakhouse beef tenderloin – we didn’t forget the basket of pretzels and peanuts at each table! Some of the cocktails served throughout the night included the Slugger Sangria (made with Joel Gott 815 Cabernet Sauvignon, Finest Call Red Sangria Mix and fresh fruit) and Proper Pitch (made with Proper 12 Irish Whiskey, Fever-Tree Smoky Ginger Ale, garnished with a lime wedge).

Although the Cubs didn’t win the game, the night was a success filled with the heartful conversations and laughter coming from about 100 attendees.

WHO: Many of our clients joined us to watch the game including Jamie Carawan from Buffalo Wild Wings, David Spirito from Fridays, Tony Giardina from Delaware North, Edi Kevorykan from Great Wolf Lodge, and Matthew Arrants, Keith Beitler, Don Hart, and Mike Stirm from the Landry’s team.

A SPECIAL THANKS TO OUR SPONSORS: American Beverage Marketers, Proximo Spirits, Anheuser-Busch, Trinchero Family Estates, Kerry Foodservice, Fever-Tree ginger beer.

Overall, the events during the National Restaurant Association Show were more than a success and we’re already looking forward to next year’s installment!
